During the special Yoga holiday (€475) you get 10 yogasessions, 5 days a week, twice a day, including yoga philosophy, anatomy & meditation.

The regular surf or climbing packages includes only 2 yogasessions

Yoga

Your days will start with a sun salutation flow class, to wake up, prepare and warm up your surfing muscles. Indulge yourself with yoga & mediation and learn more about the yoga poses, philosophy and anatomy. In the evenings you are guided through a deeply restorative/yin yoga practice. The yoga classes in the morning will be more playful and flowing. The evening classes are more relaxed and restorative.

The yoga sessions will rejuvenate, strengthen, balance and center your body. Calmness, quietly , mindfully .

The climbing and yoga sessions are tailored to your level and needs and comfort zone. All levels are welcome!

Surrounded by the ocean and mountains. The perfect place for your sporty adventures holiday. Only a 3 hour flight from you.

The portugees region “Sintra” is a coast/ mountain area and is an easy escape for everyone looking to reconnect with nature.

Enjoy the nice Portuguese vibes of this peaceful region, surrounded by waves, forest and attitudes.

In your free time you can stroll along the beach, get a taste of the Portuguese atmosphere, culture and kitchen, or just relax in the sun, read a book and lounge in the garden. You could even visit the many castles or palaces this region has to offer. Lissabon is only a 45 minute drive away, if you want to visit the largest city of Portugal!
